A McDonald's w consistent food AND friendly service!?! Not a regular stop for me, but when taking that long drive from downtown or the east side to points far west (read Middleton) it's reliable. Unfortunate that some locations are less than dependable when 5 stars is given a heavy weighting for what one should reasonably expect from McDonald's.
The restaurant was clean. The service was amazing. My daughter had surgery and wanted to stop. The manager was awesome and asked her what she would like and if she would like to pick out her prize. She was tickled pink. They made this mama proud to stop, because of interacting with her. It was a relaxing time to be able to have lunch. Thank you.
A shockingly pleasant McDonald's experience. The woman working the front register was friendly and efficient. I tried the cinnamon roll and it was served warm and tasted great.
I went through the drive through and it took awhile but there really seemed like they had 2 people working so he was running front registers and drive through. He was an African American male and should be recognized for his amazing work !! He apologized 3 times and I just felt horrible for him because I would have walked out under that pressure.
This is an updated Restaurant with user friendly seating of many varieties. I was happy that you pick your own size cup, and may refill, for I believe 99 cents. The young, Male cashier was obviously happy is his role (? Manager). I noted his enthusiasm with others, besides myself.
drive-thru was fast & easy. gal on the speaker understood quicker, spoke clearer, and got my order wrapped up better than any other employee in that role ever has before; and sounded like a sweetheart too!
I haven't ate at McDonald's in years. So I wanted to see what they had new and how the food was going to taste. The food was good and hot. I will be going back again to try something else on the new menu
The dude with the long blond hair always has a great attitude and personality when taking orders. Give him a raise.
